Here we are, it is almost the New Year! We have just started the harvest after the same question as every year and the big dilemne: shall we start, shall we wait?
After having checked the weather forecast, observed the full moon date and the next one, controlled the maturity, the acidity and tasted hundreds of grapes, we finally decided to start the harvest a little later after some growers and earlier than others. We are quite optimistic and feel that we have all the good conditions to make a great vintage. The coming 2 weeks are going to be very busy as far as the difference of maturity between whites and reds, and between Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits are very weak and grapes are going to fight in front of the winery door !!

This period is also the moment to turn around on the previous vintages with the release of Wine Guides and the "Special Wine " issues from the French press. You will find all the comments and ratings on our wines on our website going to "News".
