Our oenologist's comments
The color is golden pale with golden reflections. The nose is subtle and intense on white fruits (peach, pear), white flowers (jasmine, lime tree) and citrus fruits (grapefruit mainly). In mouth, the attack is frank and chiselled with citrus fruits, then opens on a beautiful roundness. The body is racy and tonic with a beautiful complexity of the flavours based on cinnamon and hazelnut. Beautiful potential with a fine freshness and a beautiful slight acidity. Wine ready to drink right now and still during 2 - 3 years.
Sommelier's advice
It can simply taste on aperitif or also on a crab, a risotto of asparagus for example, or, more on a capon, stuffed clams or a red mullet filet and its ratatouille. Cheeses such as the Picodon or dry goat cheese will also amaze your papillae.
