Our oenologist's comments
This wine has a nice pale gold color with silver tints. The nose develops a complex range of odors: first of all, there is a touch of fresh yellow peach and apricot. Then, we can smell both toasted bread and beautiful mineral smells. The oaky flavors are discrete and well-included into a generous and fresh fragrance. On palate, the attack is rich, unctuous and creamy. It's a very elegant wine with a low acidity but however a lot of freshness. The ageing in French oak of 14 months contributed both to a moderate mellowness and a dynamic structure. On the end of taste, the length is running on a mocha coffee note mixed with a generous citrusy flavor. Wine to be kept between 6 to 9 years depending on your taste and the conditions of the cellar (T°C, humidity, aeration etc...).
Sommelier's advice
