Our oenologist's comments
This wine is brilliant and clean with a beautiful pale yellow color. The nose is intense and fresh with a lot of citrus and grapefruit notes. It is very "open" within a crispy touch of vanilla coming from the ageing into barrels. 20% of this cuvee was aged in new oak barrels (13 month) with the stirring of the lees once a month during 9 months. The attack is tonic and powerful on the palate with a lot of white fruits flavors like peach, pear... The length is very pleasant and balanced between fruit and acidity. Good to be drunk in 2010-2011 up to 2013.
Sommelier's advice
This fresh and fruity white wine will ideally taste on an aperitive. It will also accompany fish dishes, such as the bisque of crab, scallop brochettes or lobster roasted in spices, but also simply a salad of shellfishes.
